I was in the mood of take photos and I experimented a bit and so I photographed the water coming out of the shower. It inspires me to do something more with the water and with the effect of it. And so this came out.

I thought about it fits to the theme "broken heart" or lovesickness. It rains over/on the heart.

As I searched for a title I remembered a song called "Why does it always rain on me?". I searched for it and found the song of Travis and now I'm listening to it and I think it's a good title for it :)

With this photograph I will enter the contest by SarahxJane :iconsarahxjane: ([link]) and the contest by ~Moon-Forever and =musicalmadhouse([link])

With this photograph I WANTED to enter the water contest [link] by :iconbloodpromiser: , but my entry wasn't accepted, because "the main focus needs to be water".
Wtf? The main focus IS water! There are two subjects in the picture: The heart and the water. The focus is on the water. You can see the water clearly; the heart is in the background.
I wonder what's going on with some people; seriously..A picture with fog was accepted, those droplet photographs are accepted (maybe the flower, where the water drop is on is the main focus? :D )
And it was made escpecially for the contest..whatever. :O_o: :|

using the flash created the shadows that make the water feel like it is coming out of the picture. that is really cool.

Ich mag den Effekt, den der harte Schatten durch den Blitz wirft. Ein spontaner Gedanke von mir - vllt. zum experimentieren? ^^; - war, dass das Wasser noch zum leichten Verwischen des Herzens führen könnte. Würde das Ganze denke ich noch etwas verstärken. Was denkst du?

Ja, das mit dem Schatten ist echt gut geworden find ich:)

Ich hab leider nicht ganz verstanden wie du das meintest mit dem Verwischen ^^; Also auch wie das auszuführen ist. Vielleicht näher ranzoomen, bzw nur einen Ausschnitt nehmen? Bzw ich hab jetzt ne Vorstellung, aber wüsste nicht, wie ich das machen sollte^^

Vielleicht war verwischen nicht gerade gut getroffen. Ich konnte jetzt nicht erkennen, aus was das Herz gemacht wurde bzw. wo es sich im Bildaufbau befindet, aber ich meinte einen Effekt wie durch den Regen abgespülte Farbe. Ich glaube ich war (und bin) zu müde, um das passend auszudrücken, ich versuche mich morgen nochmal ^^;

Achso, das ist auch ne sehr gute Idee :)
Also das Herz ist ausgeschnitten aus rotem Papier/roter Pappe und ist auf die Fliesen geklebt. Das Wasser ist vor dem Herzen und berührt es nicht.
Aber das mit dem Verwischen muss ich mir merken :nod: :D

Du könntest es z.B mit einem wasserlöslichem Filzstift versuchen (das dürfte auf den Fliesen halten und relativ leicht wieder abzukriegen sein) - Mit Pappe wird der Effekt vermutlich schwer hinzukriegen sein ^^;
